I'd also like to get a good alarm clock (if it doesn't come with one already?). I often need to set 3 alarms overnight (for 1, 3 and 5 a.m.) to test my 2 year old who has type 1 diabetes so I need something really reliable. To avoid losing battery power do you leave it in the cradle overnight or does it just stay powered off until the alarm?

I have been using AtAlarm since forever and love it! You can choose which alarm to wake up to or set your own music. It's not as pretty to look at as some alarm proggys I've seen but it's reliable and it works! Here is a
link to Handango so you can check out a trial if you want.

SPB Time works great! It isn't free, but it's not that expensive and well worth it if you use the alarm clock a lot.

i have been using zzzmachine for about a year every day and I love it. One thing to consider is if you password protect your PPC and the alarm wakes it up you will need to enter in your password before you can snooze or shut off the alarm. That kind of sucks.

Yeah I did that since it is more important than most programs.
Worked great this AM,
Now if I could acutally get me A@# out of bed when it goes off I'd be in good shape.
