Here is the email I sent to Megasoft2000, just in case I don't hear back from them. I hope someone here may know the answer.

Which OS version are you running? Mobile 2003

· Software name and version. PocketClock Version V.1.12 Purchased Handango

· Device type. Dell Axim X50v

· Description of the problem (as many details as possible so that we can determine the problem).

PPC PocketClock Error : Cannot Execute PCTimer.exe

Brand new version, just installed 2-days ago, consistent error when item gets docked, uninstalled and deleted entire directory and even with that the error still comes up. Nothing in startup, so there must be a registry issue, don’t know where to pull it from.


Full error is
Cannot execute \Built-in Storage\Megasoft2000\PocketClock\data\PCTimer.exe

Program runs, however alarms do not sound or open when device is off.

FYI it can't execute it because the software does not install it.
