In Outlook on the desktop I can specify an appointment that runs from 13:30 to 15:00 every Tuesday and Weds from the 1st week of Jan to the 2nd week of April.
And when I sync to the Axim it works (except that it delays the appointment by one hour, so now it's 14:30 to 16:00! It doesn't do that to my other appointments!)

But on the Axim I can only specify a recurring appointment that runs 13:00 to 15:00 on Tuesdays (every Tuesday, no end date) then I have to specify another for Weds.

When I edit the time on the messed up appontment (that's lost an hour during syncing) I have to edit every insance of the appointment seperately...

Am I missing something?

Check your time zone settings on both devices. Check both the time zones and the setting that adjusts the time for Daylight savings.

You may have set the time in different time zones on your computer and your PDA. The software would adjust to compensate for the hour difference.

If this happens with only recurring appointments instead of all of them I don't have a clue...

Hope it's something simple like this...

Good luck,

George

Sorry about my first reply, I guess I didn't read your post close enough.

I was able to create an reocurring appointment for 1:30-3:00 tues & wed from today through April on both Outlook and the PDA. I created the appointment on Outlook, synched and it was correct on the Dell. I then deleted the appointment, synched to delete it on the PDA, and recreated it on the PDA. When I synched with Outlook again the appointment was correct in Outlook also...

To get the PDA appointment to choose both Tues and Wed, I had to choose <Edit Pattern> on the Occurs: menu, a wizard opens and you choose start and end times (again), select next, the weekly tab is already selected so I choose T and W, select next, select the end date, and choose finish.

Hope this helps...
