Outlook question - Irregularly recurring tasks

Just received my Axim X50 last week and getting all sorts of information input into my task list.

I work in accounting primarily preparing tax returns. I have several clients who I am responsible for that I want to set up reminders for me for quarterly tax estimates.

My problem is matching the due dates of 4/15, 6/15, 9/15 & 1/15. I figured out how to set recurring tasks for every 3 months but the due dates unfortunately have an irregular patern. The only solution I can see is to manually fix the due dates when they aren't correct.

Does anyone know of a plug-in for either Outlook or a ustility for Pocket PC's that can handle multiple due dates during the year?

If you have setup recurrence for 3 months which is not available you must have used a numbers of days or weeks and because months are not equal in days the 3 months settings is off a few days. What version of Outlook are you using?

Using Outlook 2002.

I set up as recurring monthly on Day 15 of every 3 months. Checked out using a 'test' task to make sure it would handle the way I wanted.

Saved initial task due 1/15. Opened back up and marked task as completed. Outlook created new task due 4/15 automatically.
