HP Print Manager error 3017

What is internal error code 3017 mean? I keep getting this error 3017 ever time I try to test print with HP Print Manager.

I have been able to use the shared printer from another computer so I know it is reachable. That was tricky because I had to get the 2 PCs to cooperate across two different domains.

I have used vxUtil to see that I can ping both the IP address and host name of the PC I want to reach. I even used a host program (Pocket Hosts) just to make sure. I weird thing is that I can actually see the shared folders.

I am stumped, any advice?

It probably is something in the pda. I tried to move the software from the built-in memory to main memory with change. Same error 3017. I am close to doing a hardreset and installing only HP Print Manager to see if there are any conflicts.

FYI, HP Mobile Printing doesn't work properly if it isn't installed to the default location.
