CHALLENGE: multiple outlook folders

I am a brand new axim owner but will sadly have to move back to palm OS if I can't find a way to replicate the functionality provided by Pocket Mirror.

I *heavily* use multiple Outlook public and private Calendar and Contact folders. Below is what I have acheived with Pocket Mirror and my Handera 330, and I need identical functionality if I'm going to stick with the axim:

1) When Outlook appointments or contacts are sent to the handheld, they are assigned to a handheld category that corresponds with the specific outlook folder they originated from (e.g. appointments from my private Outlook calendar are sent to the handheld with the category name "Private Calendar" and appointments from my public Outlook calendar are sent to the handheld with the the category name "Public Calendar"). I need them to appear on the same handheld calendar, but stay discriminable by their originating Outlook folder.

2) When I create an appointment or contact on the handheld, I need to be able to assign it to a handheld category such that the new handheld appointment or contact will be sent to the associated Outlook folder (e.g. a new handheld appointment with the category "Private Calendar" gets sent to my private outlook calendar).

Intellisync sort of handles #1 in that it can send appointments and contacts from multiple outlook folders to the axim, but anything created on the axim is sent to whatever Outlook folder Intellisync has configured as the "Default folder".

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I love the axim but will have to return it unless I can make this work. TIA!
