I have always had Palm based PDA's, and in changing to Windows, I can't find a way to password protect a "note" item... Can this be done? Or is this only possible with aftermarket software?

Other than the password protection for when the device is turned on, the Axim does not have password options for Notes.

There may be another application that supports this. I would look through the software at handango.com and see if you can find something like that their.

You would read a 3rd party app to do this. I use one called Kryptonite. I think Resco file explorer can encrypt files as well.
