When accessing Yahoo Mail on my Axim, I received an error message saying that the version of Yahoo Mail was not compatible with the Pocket Internet Explorer on my Axim X30. It was suggested that I switch to a compatible version. That worked.

Upon arriving home, I found that the change in versions was present on my home computer. I have not found a way to return to the most recent Yahoo mail vesion. Prior threads on this site did not suggest a procedure. In some cases, the change reverted without defined action.

Does anyone know how to force a return back to the most modern version of Yahoo Mail?

Are you using some type of propietary Yahoo s/w? I go straight to the mobile version at:

http://pg1.yahoo.com/

It works fine w/ PIE on my x30

It corrected itself by this morning. Thanks.

I was actually using the generic http://mail.yahoo.com via PIE. The strange thing was the reversion of my desktop's Yahoo Mail to a previous edition. I suppose that something temporarily changed on the server.

I will either use the mobile edition or use another friendlier email program.
