Do I need to do any special configuration to get my e-mails from work using it's exchange server. I was told by my computer administrator that my pop incoming address is exchange.zalco.com and the my outgoing smtp is the same exchange. zalco.com.I enter my screen name and it always shows after logging on the following message Incoming e-mail password..Enter user name and password
I do all that and the same screen appears. Then when I press cancel. The following appears.. Messages cannot be downloaded to your mobile device. Make sure you are connected and that your e-mail account settings are correct.
I use two other e-mail accounts and have no problem.
