Is is possible to pick and choose certain calendar items not to be synced from the desktop to the PPC?

I have a business computer that my assistant and I share and we would like to snyc outlook to our handhelds, but I also use outlook for personal appointments and don't want those synced with my assistant's Palm device.
I want our business dealings to be synced, but personal items on our own devices kept seperate.
Is that even possible?

you could set a category for the items you don't want synced, and then in ActiveSync set Calendar not to sync that category.

For those who don't know...

In your calendar on your desktop or the PPC, if you select the calendar item you want to work with you can go to the categories and select a category.
Then in active sync click "options", highlight calendar, then hit settings to the right. From this screen you can change specific sync settings.
