I D/L'd it last week and it seems to work quite well. It can look for invalid registry's, invalid shortcuts, stuff in temp/cache, and quite a bit more.

I downloaded it and unziped it. I got 3 EXE files one for ARM, MIPS and SH3. So which do I use barring in mind we have a Xscale processor. I am new at this so I did some research on the net but couldn't find a conclusive answer.

Help me out here guy's!

You'll want to use the ARM version for the Dell. Going to try it out now too...
