I use a program called Pocket Personal Trainer from
bigman software.
It has a great interface and is the best that I could find for just great record keeping of my workouts.
The trial is for 100 workouts which is enough to really get a good feel wether this is for you or not. The cost to register is $11.50.
It also helps with tacking calorie intake, cardio workouts, and tracking measurements.
I also tried another program called
My Sport Training, which also has a trial, but was more that I needed, but may be what you are looking for.
