I have not personally used a workout log, but there are lots of good-looking ones at Handango if you search for "Exercise". Here are links to a couple that aren't TOO horribly priced....others can get pretty high. But do the search and Handango to see more of these.

BioBody

Pocket Workout

MySportTraining (kinda pricey $25)

Or just use Excel. Then you can export the spreadsheet back to your PC to make charts. That way, it's free.

I use a program called Pocket Personal Trainer from bigman software.

It has a great interface and is the best that I could find for just great record keeping of my workouts.

The trial is for 100 workouts which is enough to really get a good feel wether this is for you or not. The cost to register is $11.50.

It also helps with tacking calorie intake, cardio workouts, and tracking measurements.

I also tried another program called My Sport Training, which also has a trial, but was more that I needed, but may be what you are looking for.

Hope this helps!
