Blank space on Today screen?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I've searched the forums pretty exhaustively.

Does anyone know of a Today plugin that will allow you to put blank space between other Today plugins?

I'm trying to find a way to move Journal Bar all the way to the bottom of my screen, not just to the last spot of displayed Today screen items.
