Yes, I have version 1.0.2.4 running. I cannot delete any mistakes I made to the hierarchy. I may not be doing it right. In the menu I highlight the item and then tap the eraser. Then my Axim freezes.

What eraser icon, there 3 icons for edit
"-" for delete
"+" for add
"pen" for edit
Is it the edit icon you're talking about ?

Can you please send us your menu file ?
It's in "\My documents\TapText.dmd"
Can you please send it to DinarSoft@Canada.com and let us know which menu item causes this behaviour ?

ok, the delete now functions properly. Up to this latest version it did NOT. Thank you. This really is a great program. I have a set of frequent instant messenger phrases saved that works very well. How about a tap & hold button w/in a program that brings up your most frequent phrases?
