SPB Time screensaver and True VGA

Is it expected for SPB Time screen saver to NOT come up in full screen when I'm in True VGA mode (using ozVGA)? It's full screen in seVGA but show a little over quarter-screen on true VGA(background in upper left and the clock in the middle).

Thanks.

If the screen saver does not have the correct resolution for VGA, then it will not display correctly. Seeing a quarter screen makes sense it if it is QVGA.
