Installed Wisbar Advance 2 and now Sprite backup file went from 7mb to 10mb

i have sprite backup and tried to see if any big files were added recently and i couldn't find any. Is wisbar 2 advance really that big? by the way, i added and use the black&white theme by juni for wisbar advance 2. could this have contributed to the huge increase in backup file size?

The B & W theme is about 600k, and WA2 is about 700 with the default theme. Did you add any other themes? I have a few more, so the total WA2 directory is about 2.1meg.

yes i did add one other theme, so assuming i'm at about 2.1 meg as well, i would imagine that the sprite backup file is in some kind of compressed format so to have it go up around 3megs is highly unusual unless some other crap was added as well. i searched for big files using sprite detective and nothing really different stands out :(

If you're using Space Detective, click on the Size column to make sure the largest memory hog is listed at the top, then click on the 2nd icon on the bottom and it will show you what directories are using the most memory, in my case, that's Program Files, I click on that folder, it displays the next level of directories, and for me Lakeridge is consuming 2.1mb.
You can continue to drill down to each cub-directory to see where you memory is being used.

Sprite only compresses the file if you tell it to. So, unless you told it to it is backing up uncompressed.
