lol... I didn't think so considering these programs communicate using IP addresses, but hey, never hurts to ask right?

But then again, I think it's possible. They just need to start building computers so they have activators that uses as much power as the battery of a watch can provide. With built in safguards offcourse to prevent the big brother from abusing it or viruses from doing something funny while we're away from home.
