OzVGA Difficulty. Help?

Alright. I was just wondering, is there any possible way to increase the bars on the top and bottom of the screen after using OZ to go to true VGA? I'm using an axim x50v. I dragged all the files into the windows directory, and ran the oz executable. set the multiplier to 1.5, hit the button to change the values to 1.5x those of SE_VGA, and hit apply/reset. Everything is good EXCEPT for the top start bar. Its impossible to read almost. If there was just some way to increase that bar, i'd be perfect. I am using a custom theme, and wizbar advance 2.0, but i cant find anything anywhere on how to increase my start menu, or 'new' menu at the bottom.

Any help would be appriciated.

Mine is perfectly OK. How small is your top bar?

well, when using ozvga with any wisbar2 advance theme, the bar is so small that the icons dont even fully show. It shows about 3/5ths of the icons. Also, the windows symbol gets cut off on the start menu. the start menu is so small that the flag wont even fit in its proper place. it only displays about 3/5ths of it as well.

any ideas? :( did i maybe install oz wrong? is there some sort of conflict? should i try hard resetting, or will it not fix anything?

is there anyway to increase the start menu font?

When you use OZ_VGA your top and bottom bar are now 26 pixels high. You will need to use a QVGA skin for Wisbar Advance or one that was made for "True VGA". The problem you are having is that you are using skins designed for the 52 pixel high bars.

how does that make sense? i'm using the one that says 'hires: yes', yet, its not made for the hires 26pixel bar? blah.

someone should really make a utility to increase the bar size, because its currently so small that i cant even tap accurately. :/

Again, it is a skin designed for the 52 pixel high bars. When you use a hack program you are telling the system to use 96 dpi bars and graphics(26 pixel high) instead of the 192 dpi bars and graphics(52 pixel high).

Use the regualr VGA that came on your device. The only difference is that the top and bottom bar are 52 pixels high.
