How about moving all of the html help files out of the windows folder? This gave me about 1.2M more space in ram when I moved them. The downside (if you consider it a downside) is that the help applet doesn't work properly. But do you really need the help?

That's a good idea. I had thought about doing it but I wasn't sure it would give that much space back. I think I'll move them all to a help folder on my SD card. Thanks.

You can do much better than 25mb total free main memory. I have a lot of apps installed and still have about 37-38 mb total main free.

I only installed Pocket Plus and Weather Panel in main memory. Any other app installed to sd card. However, quite a few apps automatically copy some components to main memory.

I did following the tricks on this site to replace Odyssey in /Programs and /Windows with a zero byte file and moved shared dll to sd.
