How to Create Start/Settings/System/Screen ShortCut using Launcher/Tdlaunch/Claucnch?

For the X50v, Can anyone please tell me how to create a today plugin shortcut for the start/settings/system control panel items using any of the Freeware launch programs.

I ideally want to create a shortcut for the screen rotation on my today screen. I have searched and searched and can't seem find the .lnk oe .exe for the screen rotation program or some of the other System Settings.

Also if anyonee uses Tdlauch 1.6 could you please explain what the Start Buttons 1,2,3,4,5 added to my Programs are for?

Thanks

On the X30s I used freeware RotateSE, assigned to my start menu for screen rotation.
I dont know what those start buttons are for(in tdlaunch), but lack of tabs for icons mad me uninstall it.
Nice that it was VGA compatible though.
Also check, some PDAs(Asus730) hardware button can be mapped for the rotating just by checking on the dropdown list.
