HandyShopper for PPC works great!
just like palm version, mostly, just color and more features.

Thanks y'all! But I thought the handyshopper would not work on my older ppc2002 ?? I'm confused now..

Sorry, you're right - "This version works only with Windows Mobile 2003 on ARM or X-Scale based Pocket PC devices. I have not yet decided whether to invest the work of making it backward compatible with older Pocket PC devices. It fully supports Windows Mobile 2003 SE high resolution modes, but does not yet fully support Windows Mobile 2003 SE landscape mode."

Looks like you might need to try ListPro, or one of these other freeware apps - http://www.aximsite.com/boards/showt...=shopping+list
