I have been looking for a working P2P solution for my Axim for quite some time. Colin from Mobileread posted about a new project called MopiPhant which is a Pocket PC version of the Emule client Iphant.

I installed it and successfully downloaded a couple of files. See the original thread where I attached some screenshots.

Important: Make sure you have enough memory before you start downloading large files!

There is also Pocket G2, which is another P2P client.

It is disc so i dont know if it works anymore.
