I'm trying to setup limited access of a single PC with no success.

I setup DHCP from 192.168.0.100 - 199.

The IP in question is STATIC with an IP address below the DHCP range.

What am I doing wrong?

(192.168.0.99 can STILL access the web at anytime, but showed be only from 7PM to 9PM)

Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried reserving an IP in the DCHP range?
(just a thought)
