I have Tabors that I got directly from Skyscape. It is just one large file that you execute from your PC. Like all PPC software, it will ask if you want to install it to the default directory. You should answer No, then choose the SD card as the target location. Worked fine for me.

Sounds like a really simple problem to me. Your web browser didn't get the right information from the server and saved it as the wrong file name. Right click on the file (from your pc), click rename, and add a .exe to the end. Now, double click it, it should run, and when it asks you to install to the default location, click no, and then select your storage card.

Maybe this has an important meaning the file say 0KB is this an empty file??
Where the main company sent me an e-mail with the currect info. Now I tell me self if pocketgear can not help me and they are the one that I bought it from why do they have a supoort link if they just forward my infomation to the main company. Never we I buy from pocketgear.com again I learn this the hard way.
Glad it worked out for you. Skyscape is a good company. I've done business with them for a number of years now. They've always been helpful when I had registration issues. They register by device rather than user name, so I have to get new codes everytime I get a new PDA. That's more often for some than others. :)
