Pocket Breeze Today Window

Just installed and am testing the pocket breeze software. I have to say that I do like it at this point. However, I have it set to show my scheduele for a week. This makes you have to scroll to see everything.

1) Is there any way to eliminate the scroll bar that pocket breese uses and just use the scroller on the left of the X30?

2) Is there any way to make it not highlite the date and owner information when you use the scroller?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't believe there is a way to eliminate the scroll bar, but I'm able to use the scroller on the side of my X30 just fine with Pocket Breeze.

I can't think of anything that'd help with your second problem as I don't have the date and owner information selected to show on my Today screen. Since I use Wisbar Advance 2 which can show the date, and I -know- who I am already, I don't need those two items. The only time owner info shows is when I first power my device on.

I downloaded Pocket Breeze last week and love it. If you cant see the whole week its because you have to much on the today screen..like the owner tab as you stated. Now I am no expert but if you click on the icon that looks like a crossed wrench and hammer that will put you into the aera where you can fine tune the screen . I suggest you read the manual as its very straight forward and will take you through each setting one at a time. As for your owner info go to Start>Settings>Personal tab > today icon>Items>and check only the ones you want to see on yhe today screen.

I have the screen the way I like it:

Date
Owner
Battery (main and backup) and Storage (Main and SD card)
Weather
List of weekly activities

I can live with the little scroll bar from within pocket breeze. But I would like it if I could get it to not highlight the date and owner fields when trying to use the scroller on the side.

It fits perfectly with my background allowing me to view most of the images. (Besides that box in pocket breeze that says "All" if you know how to get rid of that i'd like to know.)

Change the height of Pocket Breeze. To do this tap on the settings icon and pick settings. Now, in the screen that is showing tap on the second choice "Pocket Breeze Height in pixels". Once you tap on this is will bring up a drop down menu that you can choose preset sizes.

If none of these gets you to what you want you can type in the exact height you want. To do this tap in the drop down box. The tap on the SIP icon to bring up your keyboard and enter the height you wish to have. Now tap on the green check arrow on the bottomor the ok button and this will save your new settings. Do this until you get rid of the OS scroll bar. :)

Just so you know, all of these types of questions have been asked and answered in the Pocket Breeze forums at www.sbsh.net . Go over there and you will see the best customer service in the software industry. :approve:

Thanks. I got it worked out I think. But have 1 last question (not related to pocket breeze).

Is there any way to remoe the black lines that appear between each section of the today screen?

For example you have:
Today's Date
----------------------------
Owner Info
----------------------------
Etc...

Try going into General Settings and select Remove separator line. Check the box.

I did that in pocket breeze however I am trying to figure out how to get rid of it elsewhere.

Look at this thread: http://www.aximsite.com/boards/showt...ighlight=today

You see the first image (the animated one) under where it says Monday, April 04, 2005 you see that line, then you see it again under the owner information area. That's the ones i'm trying to get rid of.

I'm not aware of any way to remove them, but you can hack the registry to change the color of the separator lines to something which matches your today screen close enough that they are not very noticable. This will only work if your today theme is fairly consistent in its coloring throughout.

If you have Tweaks2k2.net it has a routine in system colors where you can change this easily. I believe there are also some other utilities which will allow you to do this.
