Just wondering how I would go about getting a picture of my today screen so that I can send it to someone. Do I need a third party application, or is there something already built into the X50v? Thanks
just install the Resco picture viewer that came on your Dell installation cd. There is a screen capture program as part of Resco picture viewer.

Thanks, that is exactly what I was looking for. I just did a hard reset yesterday on my unit, and I thought that I had seen that program on there before.

There is a screen capture program built into the Axim called Screen Capture. Find it on Start|Programs.

This is not built-in. This program is the one that comes with Resco Picture Viewer (great program by the way).

Oh .. so it did. I always had it. Doesn't it come with the Dell-supplied Resco Picture Viewer (from the CD)??
By the way ... my 100th post!! :yeah: :celebrate

Hmm ... can't find that one in my Programs group anywhere. I've got PI, so I can screen-cap from it, but I don't think this comes stock on the Axim. Mine is a X50mid, just got it in December ... has latest SP on it.
You should have also gotten a copy of Resco as well. :)
Anyway, you can download it on their website, there's a free evaluation version.
