Is there a good scientific calculator for pocket pc? It would be great not to have to take my calculator to math class. I would like it to be free. But still give me links to some that arent free.
I don't know how well it will work because I have never used it.
There is also Math Expander, a powerful graphing calculator, but it is very hard to learn and even harder to actually use. It's worth a try anyway. Also free!
There is also a third commercial program which is the most powerful out of all of these, and it is reasonably easy to use. You can probably forget about using your fingers to run it--you'll need a stylus. It costs $30.

I use MathUPro. It emulates the HP scientifics and financials with RPN. I used the Palm version for years and just registered the PPC beta version. Programmable but does not do graphing. Very powerful yet very easy to use.

If you're a HP fan (reverse polish notation) then there are some good emulators for HP calculators. If you like the HP48 or 49 then look for EMU48 and it is free.

Glad that I could help! I am looking forward to Creative Creek bringing the PPC version up to the appearance and feature support of the Palm version. But in its current state, its easily worth the discounted price. Although I'm ambi-notational (new word), I've preferred HP and RPN for most of my life.

Yeah - even in its present state it's certainly worth the $19.95 - I went ahead and paid for it. I, too, have used HP calculators a long time. My first one was back in 1977 when I was at Georgia Tech. No other calculators even came close. RPN is too natural - can't use anything else anymore.
