Wisbar Advanced 2

I downloaded a trial version of WA2 and, so far, THREE SOFT RESETS!
It happens when I tap Settings, System, then I get what I call a "white screen of death". Could this be a conflict with SPB's Pocket Plus 2? Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks in advance!

What else are you running?
Some of the weather programs are a little shaky with wisbar.

What version are you using? There's a beta available that's been very stable on my x50v, and I'm also running PP, Journal Bar & Pocket Breeze on my Today screen.
Check out the WA2 forums at http://www.lakeridgesoftware.com/for...wforum.php?f=5
Beta is version 2.0.1.22

Yup, grab the beta. Every other version prior to that I've always had constant lockups with. Granted, this new version still has lockups from time to time, but not often enough to really worry about it (in my opinion).

that 'white screen of death' is usually caused by the cascading settings menus in earlier versions of WA2. uncheck that function and it should run ok. like others said, grab the beta 2.0.1.22. that one works even when u use cascading settings menu

Yes, it's a known problem of older versions of Wisbar 2, in the start menu. The new version is ficing that.

If for some reason you still want to stick with the old bersion though, just unchecking "Expand settings on the start menu" in the Wisbar settings works.

Well at least I'm not alone with this problem. But don't you have to have already purchased the program to get the beta? I want to try before I buy and what I've tried doesn't work.

Try shutting down WA, and don't have it start automatically, then do a soft reset and try the install again, I got an error message when I tried to upgrade.

BTW, there's another beta available, .24
