Dont use switchbar at all now. Got used to SPB+.

SPB+ doesnt switch between programs right? i use both switchbar and SPB+

Yes, it does. You have to use context menu (tap`n hold) located under the "x" button (upper right part of the window of an active program) where you can find the "minimize" option. Then you can launch another program and you can find both (or more) apps active and switchable to right in that menu.
