I think it's PhatNotes, or maybe NotesToday but it's really just a guess.

When I reinstalled Resco Utility Pack I got that on my Today screen. It looks just like Resco Stickys.

Do people like this app? It looks good, but I'm not sure what it offers beyond the note module in PI2005--except for the today screen plug-in.
