Mine worked fine for a couple of days. Then about 40% of all channels disappeared. There is no error, just missing the channels. I'm guessing this is a limitation imposed by the TV guide provider, which in my case is Zap2it.
Does anyone have the same findings?

I think I found your answers that you are looking for !!
First, log into Zap2it Labs:
http://labs.zap2it.com/ztvws/ztvws_l...MS01-1,00.html
Then, at the top of the page, go to the drop-down-menu "Using The Data", and choose "FAQ About Data & Delivery"
The 2nd "Sticky Topic" from the top should answer your questions !!

Unfortunately, that is the link that I posted here a few posts above (#33) - but thanks just the same. Although I read it, I could make no use of it. It must be trying to use the wrong side of my brain :)
As for the issue that others have mentioned concerning number of days, this is a setting that you can set for yourself in Weblink's options. Have a look at Weblink's Tools | Settings | Options and you will see the 3 or 4 number of days that it defaults to. You can set it to two weeks if you like.
Finally, I am beginning to wonder if my time issue is because I have my XPP configured to *not* automatically adjust for daylight savings time. I'd change it and try it out for myself, except the *#%&^#$% PicturePassword program forced a hard reset on me earlier today when trying to remove the trial and I have not had time to reinstall everything. PicturePassword is a great concept, except it does not work on VGA. It then refused to play nicely, and properly and fully uninstall......

I emailed asking how to get more than three days and got this reply. I then emailed him back asking where I make these settings?
Anyone else know?
I'll post when he replies!
" You may receive 13 days by specifying startDateTime and endDateTime in the download request parameters."

Excellent software!
just went through all the steps in the first post, and am up and running. This is great software! Especially like how the categories are color-coded already. Thanks!

Okay, my time issue was just as I thought. Since I had disabled the automatic update for daylight savings on my PC, and we are now in daylight savings, that was causing the hour out of sync. I just turned that setting on, re-downloaded the programs and let it sync. Upon opening, all times match to actual.

Which provider are you all using? I am in Canada, and am using Zap2It. I wonder if anyone else is missing half the channels, even though the data is complete when viewing on the web.

I am in Vancouver and have been using PTVL for over a year... and everything is working fine... well... except that I occasionally get a series of extra channels... which I just check off on my PPC... (I think these are new channels). Recheck all your settings... on the PPC and at Zap2It...

Zap2it requires a certificate code to sign up. I don't have one. Am I missing something? Thx
