yeah, but there's a free trial you can sign up for to listen to it for a few days.
If youre gonna do that, wait until tomorrow morning when I post a fixed version of this thing... it's got alot of really obnoxious issues that I didnt notice until I started using it
Emulamer this is so cool, I'm a dunce of a Wookie though, I installed it...does it need to be in the main memory?
I put it in BIS and installed it, but it isn't working.
That's why I'm not a programmer.

Is there ANY way to access XM's online stream with JUST an X50V?
All subscribers now get it for free.
I just can;t figure it out. What kind on plugin/download would be necessary?
thanks
startir
No idea how XM does their site... I'd guess it would probably be possible as long as they have the actual stream in some format that has a PPC player. The sirius web page has components that windows mobile's IE doesn't even come close to supporting, but the actual streams that play the music are WMP. This program's just a hack to submit the right things to the right pages and parse out relevant information, i.e. a URL to the actual WMP stream (of course it was a pain because of cookies, MD5 encrypted passwords, etc., but not impossible).
I am not sure axactly how to install it, I used win ace to extract the files to a folder but they are not any particular format that I am used to seeing.. what did I miss? I can't wait to get my sirius on my x50v

You should be able to unzip the file, and you'll get a CAB. Copy the cab file to the X50 somewhere. On the X50, bring up file explorer, find the cab file on the X50 where you copied it to, and click it... it should install. After it installs, you can access it in file explorer under \Program Files\SiriuCE\ You can probably make a shortcut to it somehow too, but I don't know how off hand.
I got the program to work but when i try to listen it tells me "Didn't get the expected redirection" I know i am using the correct login and PW... help please

Not sure on that one... I have gotten this error before, but changing streams and changing back usually makes WMP reconnect correctly. I've also had some problems with it streaming through a cradle connection vs. wifi or some other method, so that could be a possibility. At the point that it hits WMP, it's (usually) just a matter of whether WMP can connect to the stream or not.

If you're using a trial account, make sure you have 'guest' checked, otherwise I'm not sure what else could cause it besides bad user/pass (not at all saying that there aren't any other possibilities, I'm just not aware of them).
You can try looking at the debug window and see what page gets thrown up there, I think that window gets updated at that point.
