Hmm.... this seems to be an accidental backdoor to a ("free"/ possibly unauthorized) download...

I've installed both (though I will soon remove the database) and my axim x30 seems to hang about 50% of the time when I open/switch to Checklist:realmad:. Anyone else have this issue??

Free is good but the database program seems kind of clunky to me. I end up with a lot of screen artifacts when I delete some of the included databases. I've also had it unexpectedly quit after opening and closing a database. Haven't tried the checklist program yet.

I got this working and it is very excellent indeed! I set up a database in excel and it puts it into my Axim. I would recommend this to anyone who needs any type of somple database.

I downloaded MobileDB and have a question.I tried to download some current databases and each one I looked at said for PPC/Palm but all the databases I looked at was .pdb(Palm) files and doesn't seem to work on PPC.Any advice on how to make these databases work for me?Thanks.

Unlike Palm, which only allowed .prc and .pdb files in memory, the PPC doesn't care what the filetype is. However, the MobileDB program may care where it is. Does the doc say anything along those lines?

Update: Yes, according to the doc, here it is installed thusly: Once you have downloaded a database, simply save it in the "My Documents" folder on your Pocket PC device directly through the ActiveSync explore button. So, the .pdb (database file) appears to have to reside in the root of "My Documents" in RAM on the PPC, however you get it there.
