Calendar issue - where's my appointment notes?

After syncing my Outlook calendar, most of the time the notes associated with my appointments do not show up. The "note" icon appears on the calendar item, but in detailed view the note field is blank. A couple of times they have appeared, but they disappear again after the next sync.

Also, when I create new appointments I am not allowed to enter anything in the notes field

Any idea why this occurs?

Thanks for any input!

Have you upgraded to A03? There is a thread in the X50 forums (use the search function for ``lost notes'') about a number of us who upgraded to A03 and started experiencing this. If that is indeed your problem, there are two solutions so far:

1 - Revert to A02.
2 - Get an app like Magic Button to close programs. What most of us found is that it is the use of the Switcher Bar that actually erases the notes. If you do a soft reset they tend to come back.

Good luck.

Yes I did upgrade to A03, and yes, now that you put the pieces together for me, my notes did return for a short period after a soft reset. Sounds like my problem is the same as everyone elses. Thanks for the info!
