How do Install a program thats for ppc2003 that just has cab files and not a installer?

Load it on your Pocket PC and then double tap on it and it will install automatically.

I copyed the files over and all it says is:

There is no application associated with "000Setup".Run the application first, then open this file from within the application.

Make sure its extension is .cab

I know what I did wrong..

I extracted the files then moved them over to the X5..

When you just double click on the cab file, the files get automatically installed to the default location which is the Main Memory. If you want to decide where to install the program, then try using the freeware cabinstl.
