Is there a way to beam my entire appointments calender? I've tried and all I can do is just one appointment at a time.

Thanks in advance.

No it isn't possible. I try this for a while and never got is going unless there is an utility doing this now. Beaming is a specific task so it can only bean specific information one at the time.

If you want to move from device to device, first sync the data to Outlook, then sync the Outlook data to the second device.

BTW, I've removed your two other threads. Please do not cross post.

Perhaps this will help All Export.

Export it to a card and then swap cards. Or you might be able to beam the export file.

That programme looks interesting :) is there anyway to reimport them afterwards, the 'blurb' doesn't mention this

I am thinking that you could have different databases and swap between them - which would finally be a way of keeping your personal data off your work PC :approve:

According to the developer's Web site importing is next on the feature list.

So, what good is exporting if you can't import?

I didn't want to ask that directly

Try using the builtin Data Backup program (it is at least on my x50v). It lets you backup Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes, and Inbox seperately if needed. You can save them to a SD card, or then beam that backup file (would be very slow). I know resco explorer lets you beam files directly from it, so try that out.

You can use the same Data Backup program to import your backed up data as well.
