question about UpTime

to those that have used, or have been using UpTime - in the Today plugin, what does “Uptime XXX of YYY” mean?

if XXX is the total time that the PPC is being used (not in Suspend mode), then what is YYY then? i would say that this is not the total time since the timer has been reset since that is already noted in the second line of the plugin (ie., since HH:MM ago)

thanks to anyone who could clear this up for me

thanks!!!

I use BatteryTime, and it only lists an UpTime and % remaining. Sounds a bit simpler.

that second number is the estimated total time, so if it says 1:57 of 4:20, it says that you've used your axim for 1 hour and 57 min, not counting sleep time, and that you should get a total of 4 hours and 20 minutes of battery time. I think that second number varies with the use, or at least that's what I understood from the option which lets you select the percent of battery in which de pda turns off as well as the option that says gather process statistics. I've notice that if I start using wifi that second number gets reduced, in the settings it also has an options which reads "Do not forecast uptime" that removes the second number
