"Viewer allows you to view MHT HTML Archive Files saved by desktop version of MS Internet Explorer. Viewer associated with MHT files. decoded it when opening and then used PIE for view decoded content."

This utility works seamlessly with PIE allowing you to download a whole webpage via Internet Explorer's page saving option - 'Save As/Web Archive single file (*.mht)' No need to sync the page and very convenient for quick offline reading on the Pocket PC.
