I have just set up some recurring tasks in PI - for example, pay rent on 22nd of every month. The task is there in this month with the recurring icon, but it is not there in any other future months. Is there a certain trick to this? How can I get it to really "recur" Thanks for your help!

It sounds as though you may have made a regenerating task rather than a recurring task (in the dit screen the option of which to make is at the bottom).

Either way when you complete the task it will generate the task for the month after (pretty cool really :approve: )

(Regenerating tasks will make it for a set period from that date that you complete it, recurring will always be on the same day).

Thanks Rob, I think I get it. I did do a recurring task, not a regenerating one, but from what you wrote it looks like it won't apppear in the next month until I complete the task for this month! Thanks for the insight!

Just test it out do a daily recurring task - then mark it as complete today and see it appear tomorrow :approve:

(You can delete it, rather than mark it as completed, to get rid of it after you have tried it out).
