In my Contacts, I have one entry per family. So there's Mr. A, his spouse Mrs. A and daughter Ms. A. In Outlook I can enter only one Birthday, so I end up entering Mr. A's birthday. Now where can I enter Mrs. A and Ms. A's birthday? How can I display their birthdays separately in the Today screen? The tedious way is to make 3 separate contacts for each of them, but then I would end up duplicating the home address, phone nos, etc in all the 3 contacts.

If it cannot be done in the inbuilt Contacts application then can it be done in Pocket Informant or Agenda Fusion or any other software? How do you manage to keep track of different birthdays in a family?

You could always create an all-day event in any PIM and set it up as a recurring appointment.
Create a category called "Special Events" in your PIM and add all the birthdays to that category.
Then in the SE tab setup in PocketBreeze, add "Special Events" as one of your custom choices and all the birthdays, etc will show up on the Special Events tab and tell you how many days away it is.
