I was going to download task plus and heard that it had some problems with it. This was a while ago. If anyone uses it, do you like it? and do you have any problems with it?

that might explain why i had to do a soft reset the other day. But it was only the once. Otherwise I like it.

I've been using TaskPlus for a couple months now and think it's great (for a freeware app). You can set up tasks, birthdays, and other events as seperate listings. I like that the font sizes are configurable and that you can expand/collapse the list

There might be a memory leak, but if there is it's no big issue. I do notice that my Program Memory slowly climbs but can't say that TaskPlus is or isn't the cause. Either way, I simply soft-reset once or twice a week to recover that RAM.

I had it on my axim for 3 days (last week) and it caused me to soft reset 2 times a day. Once it was removed the problem went away.

I just finished uninstalling it, but had to do a hard reset to get rid of the blasted thing! I liked the concept of the program, but it was defintely too buggy for my liking.

Maybe someone else will come out with a better app.

I tried this program some time ago when I first got my Ax, and it was nothing but problems, memory leaks and such. I had to un-install it because I got tired of soft-resetting every other day. good concept, bad software.

for what it is worth, I have been using TaskPlus for over two months. I like the program as it does exactly what I need it to do. As for the memory leak, it is not a big problem for me, and I did not realise that it is the main culprit until I stumble across a thread in the forum very recently. I have to soft-reset every other week, but I just do this as a matter of fact. I clean-up my desktop PC regularly (temp file, cookies, junk etc). For me, soft-resetting the Axim is just part and parcel of using modern OS.
