Hi all,

I have decided to share a little utility called PicoStart that I built for myself. In short, it allows you to load applications based on events (i.e Afer Power On, After Time Change, After TimeZone Change). So, for example, if you have a need to run an application or utility every time the PDA powers on, this will allow you to set this up. Note - this tool does not use the Startup folder as others may. It uses built-in OS events.

The tool was designed for Windows Mobile Pocket PC 2003 and SE devices. And of course, it was tested on my X50v.

I am looking for testers and some feedback. For a limited time, the tool is free to use (please read the license agreement).

One suggestion...allow users to download the software without having to register in your forums first.

Thanks for the suggestion. It was done this way to provide an easy mechanism for users to provide feedback on the tool as well as to provide them with updates. Registration takes all of a minute and one confirmation email. Not much to ask for a free piece of software. ...and I suspect that those who want a tool like this have little issue with going through the process...
