Use them together, there is really no reason they would conflict. They both do completely different things.

using spb pocket plus 2.5 & wisbar 2.4.0.1, working ok
but people in the wisbar forums said 2.4.1.1 isnt that stable

Well that's just completely wrong.
They both try to hook into the operating system's "Close" button.

Anytime you have two different programs both trying to 'hack' the operating system at exactly the same time you are bound to have problems.
If not now, then as soon as one of the two programs gets updated again.
Just look at the WisBar forum and see all of the problems that people have had in the past.
Just because the problems have calmed down with these two specific versions doesn't mean that they can't or won't return.

At the very minimum you're wasting resources and processing time by having the two programs trying to duplicate efforts.

I'm not saying that the two can't be used together, because they can, but do yourself a BIG favor and disable the "Close" option in Pocket Plus.

I will say one thing about compatibility between the two apps. It seems that if PocketPlus is running, WisBar's start menu seems to update very slowly. The cascading start menu is MUCH zippier without PocketPlus running. I'm currently looking into this one, but I just wanted to make you aware of it.

My battery bar shows up fine with this combination as well. These apps should work fine together as long as the close button is disabled in SPB Pocket Plus.

They work well together for me. I have none of the problems reported here, except for the slow Cascaded Start menu. I just use the built-in. Well, I hardly ever use the Start menu at all, thanks to PocketPlus and WisBar.

Big Time!
Now you've got three different programs fighting over the close button as well as three different programs trying to skin the Top Bar!

You need to disable the Power Task and the Power Bars features in Battery Pack.

This is from the WA2 FAQ:
Question 19: How do I solve the conflict where WA2 and OmegaOne's Battery Pack both compete for the skinning and operation of the "Close" button? (or Why is there a big red X where my Close button should be?)

Answer: Disable Battery Pack's Power Task feature. See here for details on activating/deactivating Power Task:
http://www.omegaone.com/batterypack/bphelp.html

Notice that it says that Power Task is not designed to be compatible with any other similar app.
At least they didn't pull any punches.
