I am looking for an application that will allow me to sort tasks by the date, so I can review what is coming up and what I have done. I am a user of the Franklin Covey Planning System, and due to software installation restrictions at work, I can not add their PlanPlus software on my pc. Does anyone know of anything??

Firstly, have you tried Pocket Informant? That is great software and it links w/outlook. I don't like outlook, myself, I prefer Act!. Act has a link software that puts the info on your pda. I personally don't think Act! link is very good. Transact works w/Act by putting on your pda. Looks good, haven't tried it yet.

Here's my question to you, does your Franklin Covey system have a desktop and pda version where you can update either and both are then synced? Do you have a link? Do you recommend it?

I just downloaded the trial version of PI the other day, but have not had time to sit down and take a good look. The Franklin Software (PlanPlus for Outlook) does have a desktop client that syncs with Pocket PC devices. It also installs Conduits for Daily Task List, Master Task List, and Daily Record. There also is a version for Windows XP if you don't use Outlook. The link to PlanPlus is http://www.franklincovey.com/planplus/outlook/.

I will look into PI further, perhaps it will do the trick. Thanks for the response!
