Degfragmenting Memory -Pocket Mechanic

I've been using Pocket Mechanic for a while which is an excellent programme (it would be good to have something like this on my desktop pc).
However pocket mechanic seems to be able only to defragment an sd card not the built in storage or main memory.

Does anyone know if there is a way or a programme to do this?

You shouldn't have to.

So are you saying that as I uninstall programmes, install new ones etc the pocket pc will automatically ensure they are contiguous files?
I'm not convinced that is happening.

You don't even need to do that.

Just move all the data off the BIS onto SD, Main Memory or your PC and then move it all back again and the files will be written contiguously.
