I am trying to get a backup on my PC and when I try, I get an error message that "the agent is not installed on my pc". I cannot find any information on how to do this. Any ideas?

When you install Sprite, there is also a part that is installed on your PC that will allow the connection to your PC. If you want to back up to PC, you will need to start up the agent. Take a look at your Programs listing for Sprite to see if you can run it.
