i've found the same thing. in the end it pretty much always controls PocketBreeze for me though and since i didn't have the ability to control PocketPlus w/ the d-pad before, i feel like i'm missing much. it would be nice though. i wonder if the conflict can be worked out.
Does anyone know how to disable the D-pad navigation for Pocket Plus 3.0? I'd rather use the D-pad to control Pocket Breeze instead of Pocket Plus. I've already unchecked the "Buttons" option under the settings section, but that doesn't seem to kill the D-pad navigation. Thanks for any help.

I don't think that there is a way to disable the d-pad in PP. Lots of folks have looked.

For those of you that had conflicts with the D-Pad effecting both PP and PB, the upcoming PB update (We hope to finish it in a day or two) will also address this;
With the upcoming update, users that use WM2003SE OS will notice that PocketBreeze only reacts to D-Pad actions when it is 'highlighted' with the D-Pad focus.
Unfortunately, there is simply no way to recognize D-Pad focus with older OS versions since MS only introduced the D-Pad focus feature with the WM2003SE OS, but users that use older OS versions are always able to disable the D-Pad in PB if they decide to do so, which offers this feature.
I'm not familiar with PP, so I don't know if it is possible to disable the D-Pad from it's side with older OS versions.
I really hope the new update will help a few users :)
