Strange PhatNotes Problem

I use PhatNotes within Pocket Informant and haven't had any problems in the last year using this mix on my x30H, but I can't seem to work it with my x50v. I can edit existing notes and I can read all mynotes; however, if I entere a new note through the PI interface it turns to gobbledygoop. Actually, it seems to be mostly squares and question marks that it turns to. I'm not sure what to make of this.

I've reloaded everything and am still having this strange issue. Anyone else ever experience this? It saddens me to think I might not be able to use one of the two programs since both really work will for me in my day-to-day organization.

Your description sounds like when you open a new note it defaults to an odd font.

Ok. I think you may be onto soemthing but I an't seem to figure it out. I went into my PI setting for notes and it's set to Tahoma 12. Interesting enough I can create a note and it turns to all squares when I view it. If I open it to edit again it all turns to questions marks. This is the nifty part, if I edit the question marks the changes are stored and kept in the readable nice font like they should be. Hmmm...
