Smart GSM and a SE K750i

I've been playing around with various programs that allow you to send SMS via a bluetooth phone. The best so far is Smart GSM (some of the other really screwed my X30H up..had to do a hard reset).

Anyway I have a Sony Ericson K750i, and Smart GSM connects to the phone no problem and sends and recieves SMS messages and contact info stored on the phone without a hitch (through com 7). However the dial function of the program just doesn't work with the phone, when I try and dial out, the program drops the BT connection to the phone and the phone doesn't dial the number.

Anybody got this to work? or have suggestions that might make it work?

I have got it to work previously with my Loox 720 and k700i. However now It won't even connect to the phone. It just sits there saying 'Offline Not Ready'. How do I get it to connect to the phone?! Have I forgotten something?

EDIT: Oh, mine isn't Smart GSM it's Voice GSM. Maybe you could try that instead.

I'd rather not since SMS manager <from the same company>, nuked my X30.had to a hard rest to recover.

Heh.. I'm not surprised - I'm not incredibly impressed with 'Running Voice GSM' either :/

Well I got it working. On the dial page are two phone icons, although both connect to the phone, the second one allows dialing to work.
