Macromedia Flash Player ActiveX not working in PIE?

I have Macromedia Flash Player ActiveX (downloaded from http://www.macromedia.com/software/f...etpc/download/) installed (and even reinstalled) on BIS but I still cannot see Flash animation under PIE.

I am using X50v with A02. Can someone please help?

P/s: Also, can someone please point me to a website with fast-loading Flash sample (and you know that it works in PIE with the Flash ActiveX).

OK - I have dowloaded this too with the intention of viewing activeX internet web pages. The only issue - its not working, even after a soft reset. I installed it on the CF card - would this make a difference?

I know that the pocket pc flash player will NOT play shockwave, and since there is no shockwave player for ppc, you are out of luck.
Are you trying to view a shockwave video?

Flash and PIE don't get along so well. I installed flash on my Axim, but mostly PIE will crash on any heavy flash site. (MLB.COM) Took me a while to figure it out. PIE just isn't ready for Flash. WM2005 is just around the corner though.

I went out to a web sit (skweezer.net)

There is a link to "my weather". When I go to it, there is pictures that won't load (square blank box with an 'X' at the top) and there is a spot at the top of the screen -- [activeX]

I think you might have to get the latest .net runtime... to make it work...

Works on my axim.

That always happens when going to a web page that contains flash on the pocket pc. The only thing you can do is to buy a program called "Press Ok" Not worth for the $8 just not to press ok.
